Our Immediate Response team provides call-out engineers to resolve maintenance issues such as boiler breakdowns, faulty heating systems, water leaks, plumbing and electrical problems, as well as small works services such as tiling, painting, moving electrical sockets or installing electrical appliances. All work is based on an hourly rate and covered by our standard guarantee. In order to fully cover our clients at all times, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year, we have developed an 'Out of hours' service - please click here for pricing.

KBK Property Services Procedure
- Receive call/email from client.
- KBK will assess the call-out and send the correct engineer. At this point if tenants/owners need to be contacted, we will arrange access.
- Confirm by email to the client that an engineer has been allocated and what time and date this has been arranged.
- Engineer will attend and fix/make safe.
- If further works/investigation needs to take place the Contracts Manager will email a report (with photographs, if needed) to explain findings with an estimate to repair.
- If agreed by client, works will be booked in.
- Report back to client when works have been completed, detailing all works carried out.
